Job Summary
Salesperson role supporting DIY automotive customers in an Advance Auto Parts store. Primary responsibilities include providing an excellent selling experience, achieving personal and store sales goals, performing DIY services (battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.), maintaining inventory and store standards, handling stock and back stock, and delivering parts to customers. Requires basic automotive and parts knowledge, store systems proficiency (POS, parts lookup), ability to read safety instructions and manuals, and effective communication in English (Spanish a plus). Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends; physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds; 2-3 years of successful sales experience in retail preferred; safety-conscious with ability to operate in a retail environment while upholding Equal Opportunity standards. Required Qualifications
