Job Summary
Sell automotive parts to DIY customers, provide services including battery installation and wiper installs, and help the store achieve its sales goals. Responsibilities include inventory management (truck put away, cycle counts, back stock), delivering parts to customers, maintaining store standards, and assisting with store cleanliness. Requires basic automotive knowledge, proficiency with inventory and POS systems, and strong customer communication; 2-3 years of retail sales experience preferred. Ability to work a varied schedule including weekends; English required with Spanish a plus. Fleet safety certification is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment

- ability to source from stores, hubs, pdq, and external suppliers
- ability to maintain inventory processes
- ability to work days, evenings, and weekends as needed
