Salesperson

Salesperson responsible for delivering a high-quality DIY customer experience, achieving personal and store sales goals, and supporting service tasks such as battery installation and wiper installs. Role involves diagnosing and understanding basic automotive systems, sourcing parts from stores, hubs, PDQ, and external suppliers, and maintaining inventory and store standards. Primary duties include assisting customers in person and by phone, delivering parts to customers, operating inventory and POS systems, and performing general stocking and store cleanliness duties. Must have basic driving/navigation skills, effective communication, and the ability to work varied days/evenings/weekends; 2-3 years of sales experience in a diverse retail environment is noted as prior experience. Bilingual ability (English; Spanish a plus) and basic math skills are helpful. Physical requirements include frequent walking/standing and the ability to lift up to 50-100 pounds; work environment is primarily inside with occasional outdoor tasks.
