Job Summary
Entry-level Salesperson role supporting the DIY business with battery installation, wiper installs, and other DIY services, while managing inventory, cycle counts, and delivering parts to customers. Requires basic automotive knowledge, store systems proficiency, and strong customer communication; English is primary with Spanish a plus. Responsibilities include driving sales, meeting personal sales goals, maintaining store standards, performing inventory and back stock tasks, and providing excellent customer service both in-store and over the phone. Prior experience of 2-3 years in a diverse retail environment is favorable. Physical demands include lifting up to 100 pounds and working varying shifts including days, evenings, and weekends. Fleet safety certification is preferred.
Required Qualifications
