Job Summary
Salesperson role supporting DIY customers with in-store and phone sales, driving personal sales goals and store objectives. Responsibilities include delivering DIY services (battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.), maintaining inventory and store standards (cycle counts, back stock, truck put away), and providing excellent customer experiences. Skills include English (Spanish a plus), basic math, ability to use delivery board systems, inventory systems, POS and parts lookup systems, and knowledge of store operations, automotive systems, and parts. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends; physical demands include lifting up to 100 pounds and standing/walking throughout shift. Fleet safety certification is preferred. 2-3 years of sales experience in retail is expected.
