Job Summary
Salesperson position focused on DIY automotive parts retail. Responsibilities include providing an excellent selling experience for DIY customers in-store and via phone, achieving personal and store sales goals, performing DIY services such as battery installation, testing, and wiper installs, and maintaining store product and operational standards. Additional duties cover inventory processes (truck put away, cycle counts, back stock, shoot outs), store cleanliness, general stocking, and safely delivering parts to customers as needed. Essential skills include English communication (Spanish a plus), ability to use inventory, POS, and parts lookup systems, basic math, ability to work varying shifts including weekends, and 2-3 years of successful sales experience in retail. Fleet safety certification is preferred; strong knowledge of automotive parts and basic store operations are expected.
