Job Summary
Entry-level to mid-level Salesperson responsible for delivering a strong DIY customer experience, achieving personal and store sales goals, performing DIY services (battery installation, wiper installs), maintaining inventory and store standards, and safely delivering parts. Requires basic automotive knowledge, store-system familiarity, and the ability to work a variety of days/evenings/weekends. Skills include effective communication (English; Spanish a plus), ability to navigate safety rules, read manuals and parts catalogs, basic math, and use of POS and inventory systems; 2-3 years of sales experience in retail preferred. Fleet safety certification is listed as a preference.
