Job Summary
Entry-level Salesperson role focused on delivering excellent DIY customer service, achieving personal and store sales goals, and performing basic automotive service tasks (battery installation, testing, wiper installs). Requires knowledge of store systems, basic automotive and parts knowledge, and inventory processes. Responsibilities include in-store and phone sales, inventory control, order fulfillment, and safe delivery of parts; strong communication and basic math skills are needed, with the ability to work a variety of shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Entry-level sales experience in a diverse retail environment (2-3 years preferred)
- Basic driving and navigation ability
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs
- English communication skills (Spanish a plus)
- Ability to work flexible days/evenings/weekends
