Job Summary
Salesperson role focused on DIY customers: provide excellent selling experience during in-store visits and phone interactions, meet personal and store sales goals, perform DIY services (battery installation, testing, wiper installs), manage inventory and store operations (cycle counts, back stock, truck put away), ensure store cleanliness, stock parts, and safely deliver parts as needed. Requires basic automotive knowledge, familiarity with inventory and POS systems, strong communication skills, and flexibility to work a mix of days, evenings, and weekends. Minimum 2-3 years of sales in retail is preferred; Spanish language adds value.
Required Qualifications
- Entry level sales experience preferred, 2-3 years in diverse retail environment
- Basic driving/navigation ability
- Ability to work days/evenings/weekends
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (Spanish a plus)
- Customer service orientation
- Ability to use inventory/checkout systems
- Battery and wiper installation experience a plus
