Job Summary
Entry-level Salesperson role supporting DIY automotive customers with a focus on delivering strong sales and service outcomes. Responsibilities include providing an excellent selling experience during in-store visits and phone interactions, meeting personal and store sales goals, performing DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs, maintaining inventory and store standards, handling select delivery tasks, and using store and parts lookup systems. Requires basic automotive knowledge, familiarity with store systems, English (Spanish a plus), and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends. Prior 2-3 years of sales experience in a diverse retail setting is preferred. Fleet safety certification is a plus.
Required Qualifications

- Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs
- Inventory processes including truck put away, shoot outs, cycle counts, back stock
- English (Spanish a plus)
- 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment
- Physical requirements and safety knowledge
- Ability to work varied days, evenings, and weekends
- Reading and interpreting safety rules and manuals
- Basic math
- Customer relationship building
- POS and parts lookup systems
- Testing and diagnostic equipment for DIY service
