Job Summary
Salesperson role focusing on DIY customer visits, battery installation and basic automotive services while maintaining inventory and store standards. Primary responsibilities include achieving personal sales goals, delivering parts to customers, and supporting inventory processes (cycle counts, back stock, truck put away). Requires 2-3 years of sales experience in retail, English proficiency (Spanish a plus), ability to work varied shifts, and familiarity with store systems, POS, and parts lookup. Fleet safety certification preferred and role involves direct customer interaction and hands-on parts/service tasks.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment
- Ability to speak and write English; Spanish a plus
- Basic driving and navigation ability
- Ability to use delivery board system
- Ability to interpret safety rules and manuals
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work mornings, days, evenings, and weekends as needed
- Knowledge of store inventory and maintenance processes
- Physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally
Desired Qualifications
