Job Summary
Entry-level Salesperson responsible for delivering a high-quality DIY customer experience, including battery installation, testing, and wiper installs, while achieving personal and store sales goals. Role requires strong knowledge of store systems, basic automotive systems and parts knowledge, and the ability to source from stores, hubs, PDQ, and external suppliers. Responsibilities include inventory processes (cycle counts, back stock, truck put away), store cleanliness, general stocking, and safely delivering parts to customers. Essential skills include English (Spanish a plus), effective communication, ability to read safety and parts documentation, basic math, and flexibility to work various days/evenings/weekends. Prior sales experience (2-3 years) in a diverse retail environment is preferred; fleet safety certification is a plus. California Residents privacy notice referenced.
