Job Summary
Salesperson role focused on delivering excellent DIY customer experiences, achieving personal and store sales goals, and performing DIY services like battery installation and wiper Installations. The role requires knowledge of store systems, automotive parts, inventory processes, and strong communication to build relationships with customers and team members. Responsibilities include in-store and phone sales, inventory management, parts delivery, general store maintenance, and operating POS and parts lookup systems. Fleet safety certification is preferred; ability to work varied days including evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment, providing superior customer experiences
- Basic driving and navigation ability
- Ability to use delivery board system
- Friendly communication
- Ability to locate and stock parts
- Safety knowledge and skills
- Operating inventory systems and store equipment
- English language proficiency; Spanish a plus
