Job Summary
Salesperson role focused on delivering a high-quality DIY customer experience through in-store and phone interactions. Responsibilities include achieving personal and store sales goals, performing DIY services (battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.), maintaining inventory and store standards, handling stock movements (truck put away, cycle counts, back stock), and delivering parts to customers. Skills include basic automotive knowledge, proficiency with store systems and POS/parts lookup tools, strong communication, English (Spanish a plus), safety awareness, math accuracy, and flexibility to work varied days including weekends. Prior success in retail sales and ability to navigate inventory and diagnostic equipment are valued.
