Job Summary
Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers via in-store visits and phone calls; achieve personal sales goals and help the store meet sales objectives; perform DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installations; maintain store product and operational standards; manage inventory processes including truck put-away, cycle counts, and back stock; deliver parts safely to customers as needed; operate inventory systems and POS and parts lookup systems; possess basic automotive knowledge and strong customer communication skills; ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment
- basic automotive system knowledge and basic part knowledge
- fleet safety certification preferred
- ability to source from stores, hubs, pdq, and external suppliers
- excellent selling experience for DIY customers
- ability to operate store systems and POS
