Job Summary
Salesperson responsible for delivering excellent DIY customer experiences in-store and over the phone, achieving personal and store sales goals, and performing DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installations. Responsibilities include maintaining inventory accuracy (cycle counts, back stock, truck put-away), ensuring store cleanliness and organization, safely delivering parts to customers, and operating inventory and POS systems. Essential skills include basic automotive system knowledge, store-system proficiency, parts and inventory knowledge, English communication (Spanish a plus), basic math, ability to work a varied schedule including days/evenings/weekends, and strong customer relationship abilities. Prior 2-3 years of retail sales experience preferred; basic driving/navigation abilities and familiarity with inventory and diagnostic equipment for DIY services are welcomed. Fleet safety certification is preferred.
