Job Summary
Salesperson role supporting the DIY business with a focus on delivering excellent selling experiences for DIY customers in person and by phone. Primary duties include achieving personal and store sales goals, performing DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs, maintaining inventory and store standards, and handling inventory processes (truck put away, cycle counts, back stock). Essential skills include basic automotive knowledge, store systems familiarity, ability to read safety rules and parts catalogs, strong English communication (Spanish a plus), basic math, and flexibility to work various days and weekends. Candidates typically have 2-3 years of sales experience in retail and may hold or pursue a fleet safety certification. The posted location is Perrine, Florida, USA.
