Job Summary
Provide excellent DIY customer sales experiences in-person at the Elkin, NC store, including battery installation, testing, wiper installations, and other DIY services while meeting personal and store sales goals. Maintain store product and operational standards; assist with inventory processes (truck put away, cycle counts, back stock); support general stocking, store cleanliness, and safe handling/delivery of parts. Strong customer communication and ability to use inventory, POS, and parts lookup systems; leverage automotive parts knowledge and testing/diagnostic equipment to support DIY services. Able to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends; fluency in English with Spanish a plus; previous 2-3 years of retail sales experience is helpful.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment
- Ability to work an assortment of days, evenings, and weekends as needed
- Basic driving and navigation ability
- Basic mathematical skills
- English (Spanish a plus)
