Job Summary
Entry level Salesperson responsible for assisting DIY customers in-store and via phone, achieving personal sales goals, and supporting store sales objectives. Role includes providing DIY services (battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.), maintaining inventory and store standards, conducting deliveries as needed, and handling general stocking and cleanliness. Requires basic automotive parts knowledge, familiarity with store systems, and the ability to work a variety of days, evenings, and weekends. Strong English communication, with Spanish a plus, and basic math skills are expected; prior sales experience in retail is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment
- Basic driving and navigation ability
- Ability to use delivery board system
- Ability to locate and stock parts
- Operating inventory systems and store equipment
- Operate POS and Parts lookup systems
- Strong customer service and communication skills
