Job Summary
Entry-level Salesperson role supporting the DIY customer base with hands-on services (battery installations, testing, wiper installs) and a strong focus on delivering excellent sales experiences. Responsibilities include achieving personal and store sales goals, maintaining inventory and store standards, assisting with inventory processes (truck put away, cycle counts, back stock), delivering parts to customers, and handling basic store operations and safety procedures. Requires 2-3 years of successful retail sales experience, ability to work a flexible schedule including days/evenings/weekends, and strong communication in English (Spanish a plus). Key skills include automotive parts knowledge, inventory systems, POS/parts lookup, basic math, and customer relationship building.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment
- Basic driving and navigation ability
- Ability to work an assortment of days, evenings, and weekends as needed
- Speak and write English (Spanish a plus)
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating manuals, parts catalogs, and procedure manuals
- Ability to use basic math in all units of measure
