Job Summary
Entry-level Salesperson role supporting DIY automotive customers. Responsibilities include providing an excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls, achieving personal sales goals and helping the store meet its targets, delivering DIY services such as battery installation and testing and wiper installations, and maintaining store product and operational standards. Primary duties include inventory processes (truck put away, cycle counts, back stock), and general store cleanliness. Secondary duties cover stocking, delivering parts to customers, and using inventory systems and the POS. Qualifications emphasize basic automotive system and parts knowledge, ability to source from stores, hubs, PDQ, and external suppliers, and proficiency with driving/navigation; English is essential with Spanish a plus. 2-3 years of sales experience in retail is listed as prior experience for success; candidates should be able to work varied days, evenings, and weekends.
