Salesperson

Salesperson role focused on delivering excellent DIY customer experiences both in-store and via phone, achieving personal and store sales goals, and performing DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installations. Responsibilities include handling inventory processes (truck put away, cycle counts, back stock), maintaining store standards, delivering parts to customers, and utilizing store systems (POS, parts lookup, inventory systems). Essential skills include English (Spanish a plus), strong communication, basic math, ability to read safety and maintenance documents, and adaptability to a mix of days, evenings, and weekends. Prior experience in a similar retail sales environment and knowledge of automotive parts and systems are preferred. The job may be part-time or full-time and involves physical duties and up to 50-100 lb lifts; the role requires safety awareness, accurate inventory handling, and customer service excellence.
