Salesperson

Salesperson role focused on DIY customer engagement and service, including battery installation and wiper installs, with strong knowledge of store systems and basic automotive parts knowledge. Responsibilities include achieving personal and store sales goals, managing inventory and back stock, delivering parts to customers, and maintaining store operations and cleanliness. Candidates should be able to read safety and parts manuals, operate POS and inventory systems, and communicate effectively in English (Spanish a plus); flexible to work days, evenings, and weekends. Prior retail sales experience and ability to source from stores, hubs, and external suppliers are beneficial; fuel up customer relationships and ensure safety and accuracy in all store procedures.
