Job Summary
Salesperson role focused on entry-level to mid-level automotive DIY sales, supporting DIY customers with battery installations, wiper installs, and other services while meeting personal and store sales goals. Requires basic automotive knowledge, store systems proficiency (inventory, POS, parts lookup), strong customer communication, and the ability to work various shifts including evenings and weekends. At least 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment is preferred; physical demands include frequent lifting and standing, with a safety-conscious approach to handling parts and operating equipment. Fleet safety certification is preferred. The position can be part-time or full-time and involves delivering parts as needed and maintaining store product and operational standards.
