Salesperson

Entry-level Salesperson needed to support the DIY business with a focus on delivering excellent selling experiences for DIY customers via in-store visits and phone interactions. Responsibilities include achieving personal and store sales goals, performing DIY services (battery installation, testing, wiper installs), maintaining store product and operational standards, and managing inventory processes (truck put away, cycle counts, back stock, back-stock replenishment). Skills require basic automotive system and parts knowledge, strong familiarity with store systems and POS/parts lookup, ability to source parts from multiple channels, and safe operation of inventory and diagnostic testing equipment. Must be able to communicate effectively in English (Spanish a plus) and work a mix of days, evenings, and weekends. Prior 2-3 years of sales experience in a diverse retail environment is preferred. Safety and driving/navigation abilities are highlighted, along with general store cleanliness and cross-functional duties such as delivery of parts to customers as needed.
