Job Summary
Entry-level Salesperson role supporting DIY automotive customers with a focus on delivering excellent selling experiences, achieving personal and store sales goals, and performing DIY services (battery installation, testing, wiper installs). Responsibilities include inventory processes (cycle counts, back stock, truck put away), delivering parts to customers, maintaining store product and operational standards, and general store duties (cleanliness, stocking). Essential skills include basic math, driving/navigation, English (Spanish a plus), strong communication, proficiency with inventory and POS systems, and knowledge of automotive parts and systems. The role requires adaptability to a mix of days, evenings, and weekends, and 2-3 years of sales experience in retail. Fleet safety certification is preferred. Location: Berea, KY; on-site work with standard retail environment.
