Salesperson

Entry-level Salesperson role supporting DIY customers with a focus on achieving personal and store sales goals. Responsibilities include providing an excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls, performing DIY services such as battery installation, testing, and wiper installations, maintaining store product and inventory, and handling inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, and back stock. Skills emphasized include basic driving/navigation, effective communication, ability to read safety rules and parts catalogs, basic math, and flexibility to work a variety of days including weekends. Experience expectations note 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment, with knowledge of store systems and basic automotive parts knowledge. Fleet safety certification is preferred.
