Job Summary
Develop and deliver Salesforce training programs to individuals and groups, creating and maintaining user manuals, guides, and reference documents. Design curricula for users of all levels, evaluate program effectiveness, and provide feedback to ensure learner success. Collaborate with departments to ensure material consistency and stay current on Salesforce updates and new features. This role offers opportunities to develop skills in cutting-edge software tools and work closely with Silicon Valley entrepreneurs in a dynamic, inclusive startup environment.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Tutor or similar role
- Experience developing and delivering training programs for Salesforce
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desired Qualifications
- Salesforce certification is a plus
