Job Summary
Salesforce Technical Project Manager to support an active CBP proposal in Northern Virginia. Lead cross-functional teams, apply full lifecycle Agile program management, and coordinate delivery of Salesforce implementations and legacy system migrations. Communicate with senior customer stakeholders, manage task plans and deliverables, shield the team from impediments, conduct daily scrums, and ensure productive collaboration across roles. On-site in Ashburn, VA, with emphasis on federal contracting and security clearance requirements.
Required Qualifications
- BS degree in computer science or related field
- 8-10 years experience with Salesforce
- 3-5 years experience as a Project Manager
- Ability to obtain a BI (Tier 5) background investigation
- Minimum 4+ years of experience supporting a civilian federal government agency
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism
