Salesforce Technical Product Owner (Chicago Hybrid)

Salesforce Technical Product Owner to lead Sales Cloud initiatives. Responsibilities include developing a clear technical product strategy and multi-year roadmap, providing technical leadership across cross-functional IT teams, designing and deploying custom Salesforce solutions, enforcing architectural governance, managing technical debt, acting as a subject matter expert for Salesforce Sales Cloud, championing end-user needs through training and guidance, and applying a data-driven approach to prioritize product features and enhancements. Works with engineering pods to ensure foundational Salesforce knowledge is vetted and that requirements are translated into actionable technical specifications; collaborates with stakeholders to align solutions with business goals; supports customers in leveraging Salesforce capabilities and best practices. Requires strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment, with 8+ years of experience and 5+ years as a Salesforce-related owner/consultant. Base salary range noted: 125,000 USD to 145,000 USD; candidate must be in the Chicago or Schaumburg area 1-2 days per week.
