Job Summary
Lead end-to-end Salesforce project delivery for voice-enabled contact center solutions, managing scope, schedule, budget, and risks across Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud implementations. Drive Agile ceremonies, facilitate requirement workshops, and provide technical oversight of solution architecture, integrations, data migration, and customization strategies including Flows, Apex, and LWC. Act as primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and leadership to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical delivery while monitoring testing cycles and ensuring production readiness. This remote position at Exavalu requires 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in Salesforce delivery and 3+ years in project management. - Salesforce Administrator
- Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Accreditation
- PMP / Scrum Master (preferred)
- Salesforce Sales or Service Cloud Consultant (nice to have)
