Job Summary
The Technical Consulting Manager at Salesforce is responsible for designing and managing the delivery of complex Salesforce solutions for clients. Key responsibilities include collaborating with client stakeholders to define requirements, leading technical design sessions, managing custom development, integrations, and data migration for Salesforce implementations, and ensuring high standards in coding and architectural design. Candidates should possess extensive CRM experience, specifically with a deep understanding of the Salesforce product suite and data integration. The role requires excellent leadership skills to motivate teams and maintain billable utilization targets.
Required Qualifications
- 9-15 years CRM experience with a minimum of 6 years on the Salesforce platform
- Expert level understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including Sales, Service, Community, Marketing, and Commerce Clouds
- Knowledge of data integration tools and experience integrating Salesforce with different business systems
- Strong background in design/development of large web-based systems
- Understanding of systems architecture
- Ability to understand a project and debug issues
- Familiarity with platform authentication patterns (SAML, SSO, OAuth)
Desired Qualifications
- Active Salesforce certifications or ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire
Additional Requirements
- Must be flexible with work hours
- Travel to client sites for projects, estimated 50-75%
