Job Summary
Lead Salesforce development and architecture for Trustpilot's GTM Technology team. Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components; build and maintain complex Flows and automation; provide end-to-end leadership from design to delivery; integrate Salesforce with internal/external systems via APIs; mentor junior admins; own CI/CD processes; produce technical documentation; ensure data integrity, security, and performance; collaborate with stakeholders across sales, marketing, and service; drive scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions and contribute to architecture strategy.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum: Salesforce Administrator or Platform Developer I certifications; Platform Developer II is highly valued
- 7+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Extensive experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience development (Aura Components and Lightning Web Components)
- Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk) and integration patterns
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security models
- Proficiency with VS Code, Salesforce CLI, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
- Ability to mentor junior Administrators and collaborate across teams
- Experience designing and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions
- Ability to translate complex requirements into technical specifications
- Experience with data integrity, security, and performance optimization
