Job Summary
Develop production-grade Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and integrations; implement REST/SOAP integrations, complex data models, sharing rules, and security configurations; design and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Salesforce DX, Copado, Gearset, or AutoRABIT; ensure governor limits and bulkification, build unit tests with meaningful coverage, and participate in code reviews; collaborate with admins, architects, and product owners to refine requirements; stay current with Salesforce releases and platform innovations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Five or more years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Deep expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and platform limits
- Strong proficiency in Lightning Web Components and modern JavaScript
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
- Hands-on experience with Flow and declarative automation
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and sharing
- Experience with Salesforce DX and modern source-driven development
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
