Job Summary
Lead Salesforce Technical Delivery teams by managing Agile/Scrum delivery, sprint planning, and release management while translating business requirements into technical solutions. Oversee solution architecture, including data modeling, security models, and performance tuning for Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds. Direct developers through code reviews, mentoring, and hiring, ensuring integration with ERP systems and middleware via REST/SOAP APIs. Manage DevOps pipelines using Git, Jenkins, and Copado, while handling data migration, ETL, and compliance with GDPR/HIPAA. Execute technical decision-making and stakeholder presentations to align technical execution with organizational goals.
Required Qualifications
- Computer Science degree
- 12-20 years' relevant experience
- 4-6 years' leadership experience
