Salesforce Technical Architect (Toronto, hybrid)

Job Summary
Own solution design and technical architecture for Salesforce implementations across Sales/Service/Experience Cloud, custom Lightning apps, and integrations. Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify scope, and present technical trade-offs. Translate business needs into designs for both technical and non-technical audiences. Define development standards, conduct code reviews, mentor the team, and manage release processes in an Agile/Scrum environment. This role supports a large enterprise project for a top-tier luxury hotel chain with 118 properties globally. You will collaborate with a distributed international team overseeing developers, QAs, and admins to scale the modern Salesforce ecosystem. Full-time hybrid work (2–3 days in Toronto) with a 4+ year Salesforce solution architect track record required.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of commercial experience with Salesforce
- 4+ years in a solution architect/technical lead role
- Hands-on expertise across Force.com platform limits, Apex (triggers, batch, async), LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, REST/SOAP integrations, and Salesforce DX & CI/CD
- Deep experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud configuration and delivery
- Proven track record designing and delivering enterprise-grade Salesforce implementations, including complex integrations and large data volume handling
- Excellent client-facing written and oral communications skills
