Job Summary
Senior Salesforce-focused role in a hybrid Chicago-area office (onsite three days per week) leading and delivering scalable Salesforce architecture. Responsibilities include designing governance-driven architectures, enforcing standards, mentoring technical teams, reviewing solutions and code, driving data integrity with validation rules and data dictionaries, implementing security measures, and coordinating with DevOps for data migration and system integrations. Requires deep Salesforce knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into robust Salesforce solutions; ongoing learning of Salesforce features and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Relevant Salesforce certifications are highly desirable
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce administration or a similar role
