Job Summary
Salesforce Technical Architect to support a federal government contract in Northern Virginia on a full-time, on-site basis. Lead definition and maintenance of Salesforce architecture roadmap, design scalable and secure Salesforce solutions, govern security model (profiles, permissions, sharing rules, data access), drive solution design, data modeling, and integrations, guide agile delivery, and oversee release management and deployment practices. Requires a hands-on architect with 10+ years Salesforce experience, Salesforce Architect/CTA certification, and at least 4 years supporting civilian federal agencies. Must have US citizenship and be able to obtain a Tier 5 background investigation. On-site Ashburn, VA; 100% on-site work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years of Salesforce experience
- 3–5 years of experience serving as a Salesforce Technical Architect or in a similar architecture leadership role
- Salesforce Application Architect, System Architect, or Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification required
- Minimum of 4 years supporting civilian federal government agencies
- Demonstrated experience designing enterprise Salesforce solutions, integrations, and data models
- Experience supporting Agile software development environments
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security architecture, governance, and best practices
- Experience with release management, source control, and deployment technologies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Tier 5 Background Investigation
