Job Summary
Lead Salesforce Technical Architect role: own and steer Salesforce architecture for large CRM delivery programs, plan delivery, oversee solution design and implementation, manage team progress, ensure quality, mentor staff, and contribute to sales activities. Advise clients on best practices, technology trends, integration architecture, and solution design; drive delivery to align with business strategy; participate in sales pursuits as a pursuit team member or subject matter advisor. Develop people, contribute to go-to-market and internal initiatives to grow the practice, improve quality, and enhance staff knowledge. Requires 8+ years of consulting/CRM experience, 4 full Salesforce lifecycle implementations (Sales/Service/Community/App Cloud), and strong SDLC knowledge. Travel up to 80%; Bachelor's degree in a tech field; limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
Required Qualifications
- Eight+ years of consulting and/or CRM implementation experience
- Four full life-cycle Salesforce implementations with strong expertise in two of the following modules: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, App Cloud
- Experience managing at least two large-scale full-life cycle implementations of CRM solutions
- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, RUP, other)
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or other technology-related field or the equivalent number of years of experience
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
