Job Summary
As a Salesforce Tech Lead, you will design, build, and maintain Salesforce-based digital solutions for enterprise clients. This role requires hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Flows, along with a strong grasp of Service Cloud implementations. You will lead the development team, ensuring adherence to architectural standards while actively participating in coding and quality assurance tasks. Collaboration with client stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives is essential. Experience with Salesforce platform security, API integrations, and engineering best practices for large-scale implementations is vital.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on Salesforce development experience using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Flows
- Strong experience with Service Cloud and enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations
- Proven ability to lead a development team and guide architectural decisions
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform security, sharing models, and authentication patterns
- Practical experience with data flows and API integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware)
- Familiarity with engineering best practices for large-scale Salesforce implementations, including CI/CD, automated testing, observability, and knowledge retention
- Excellent communication skills and experience working directly with clients and business stakeholders
Desired Qualifications
- Salesforce Platform Developer certification (or equivalent)
- Developer II or Architecture certifications
