Job Summary
Salesforce System/Solution Architect to define and drive the Salesforce ecosystem within Siemens Healthineers’ Enterprise Architecture. Lead end-to-end solution architecture and technical design for Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, and eCommerce), ensure secure, compliant, scalable designs with emphasis on data privacy, security, RBAC, and regulatory requirements (HIPAA/GDPR). Develop UI/UX with Salesforce technologies (LWC, Apex, Flows, APIs, Platform Events), provide architecture recommendations considering scope, budget, timelines, and resources, and collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and super users. Lead workshops, translate requirements into scalable solutions, create prototypes/proofs-of-concept, establish development standards and deployment strategies, stay current with Salesforce releases, and provide production support and technical debt reduction. Distinguishing capabilities include AI-enabled Salesforce solutions with Agentforce and Einstein AI, security governance, and enterprise integration with SAP, middleware, and data platforms. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree is required, along with 8+ years of Salesforce architecture and enterprise delivery experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or foreign equivalent)
- 8+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture, application development, and enterprise solution delivery
