Job Summary
Salesforce Support Lead responsible for L2/L3 support of Salesforce applications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud), including production incidents, bug fixes, and code-level troubleshooting (Apex, Triggers, Flows, Lightning Components). Performs minor enhancements, supports deployments and hotfixes, monitors system performance, conducts RCA to prevent recurring issues, and manages tickets via ServiceNow/JIRA with SLA adherence. Leads and mentors the support team, coordinating with developers, admins, and business stakeholders to ensure system stability, availability, and smooth change management.
