Job Summary
Senior Salesforce/Data & AI Developer responsible for delivering scalable AI-powered Salesforce solutions across Salesforce, Data 360, and Agentforce. Design and implement agentic and non-agentic Data 360 solutions for Generative AI, collaborate with AI/Architecture/Project teams to translate requirements into technical solutions, and build integrations between Data 360, MuleSoft, and enterprise data warehouses. Stay current with Salesforce releases and Agentforce enhancements, pursue relevant certifications, and travel up to 25% for customer projects. Primary focus on Apex/JavaScript development, Data 360 constructs (DLOs, DMOs, identity resolution, activation), integration patterns, RAG use cases, and building secure data-driven capabilities for Generative AI initiatives. Remote-friendly with in-person/hybrid opportunities in India, and a culture emphasizing collaboration, flexibility, and innovation.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of application and software development experience
- 3+ years hands-on experience on the Salesforce Platform
- Proficiency in Apex and JavaScript; exposure to Python/Java/C#
- Experience with Salesforce technologies including Flows, LWC, Visualforce
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data 360 constructs—DLOs, DMOs, identity resolution, activation
- Proficiency with SQL and data transformation concepts
- Understanding of front-end web development (HTML/CSS)
- Experience with source control and branching/pull requests
- Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps
- Strong communication skills
