Job Summary
Sr. Developer, Data & AI at NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture responsible for delivering AI-powered Salesforce and Data 360 solutions across Salesforce, Data 360, and Agentforce. Design and implement agentic and non-agentic solutions; build Data 360 solutions for Generative AI; collaborate with AI, Architecture, and Project teams to translate requirements into technical solutions; work on real-time and batch integrations (Data 360 with MuleSoft and data warehouses); explore emerging AI capabilities (GPT/LLM); stay current with Salesforce releases and certifications; travel up to 25%. Remote or in-person options include MA-based HQ or Colombia hubs.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in application and software development
- 3+ years of hands-on experience developing on the Salesforce Platform
- Proficiency in Apex and JavaScript, with exposure or working knowledge of modern coding languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#)
- Experience developing Salesforce technologies including Flows, Lightning Web Components, or Visualforce
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data 360 (Data Cloud) constructs—DLOs, DMOs, identity resolution, and activation
- Proficiency with SQL and data transformation concepts
- Understanding of front-end web development principles and technologies (HTML/CSS)
- Experience with source control and branching/pull request strategies
- Familiarity with CI/CD solutions and DevOps principles
- Strong communication skills; the ability to convey complex technical details to all audiences
