Job Summary
Administer and maintain the Salesforce environment, configuring systems to support business processes and operational needs. Build, optimize, and maintain Salesforce Flows and automation solutions while managing reports, dashboards, permissions, fields, page layouts, and CRM workflows. Support users by troubleshooting issues and providing day-to-day guidance, and implement system enhancements, customizations, and process improvements. Manage and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other business systems, including Salesforce Field Service functionality. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into practical solutions, working closely with external partners to gradually take ownership of selected areas internally.
Required Qualifications
- Strong Salesforce administration and configuration experience
- Experience building and maintaining Salesforce Flows and automations
- Experience with Salesforce development and customization
- Experience supporting users and troubleshooting system issues
- Experience working with reports, dashboards, permissions, fields, layouts, and CRM workflows
- Understanding of Salesforce Field Service
- Experience with system integrations
- Ability to independently implement changes and improvements
- Strong general IT understanding
- Strong English communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Experience with MuleSoft
- Experience with ERP or finance system integrations
- Knowledge of Python, PHP, C#, Flutter, JavaScript, or SQL
