Job Summary
Administer and maintain the Salesforce environment by configuring systems to support business processes, building Flows and automation solutions, and managing reports, dashboards, permissions, and CRM workflows. Support users through troubleshooting and guidance while implementing system enhancements, customizations, and process improvements. Manage integrations between Salesforce and other business systems and further develop Field Service functionality. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into practical solutions and work with external partners to gradually take ownership of internal areas. This hands-on role offers high autonomy in driving platform development within a growing international business.
Required Qualifications
- Strong Salesforce administration and configuration experience
- Experience building and maintaining Salesforce Flows and automations
- Experience with Salesforce development and customization
- Experience supporting users and troubleshooting system issues
- Experience working with reports, dashboards, permissions, fields, layouts, and CRM workflows
- Understanding of Salesforce Field Service
- Experience with system integrations
- Ability to independently implement changes and improvements
- Strong general IT understanding
- Strong English communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Experience with MuleSoft
- Experience with ERP or finance system integrations
- Knowledge of Python, PHP, C#, Flutter, JavaScript, or SQL
