Job Summary
Lead the design and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions by developing scalable architectures, integrating systems, and configuring user profiles and security settings. Create tailored solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components while managing project timelines and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Provide technical support to troubleshoot issues and maintain system reliability, then create custom reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs. Mentor junior developers and foster a collaborative environment to ensure successful project delivery.
Required Qualifications
- H.S. Diploma/GED
- 4 Years — At least 4 years of experience working in Apex Programming
- custom development of LWC components
- Triggers
- integration using Rest APIs
- At least 3 years of experience in Salesforce Development Life Cycle
- Agile Methodology
- Deployment/Packaging effectively
Desired Qualifications
- H.S. Diploma/GED (preferred)
- 4 Projects — At least worked in 4 projects involving Lightning development projects
- custom development of Lightning Web Components
- At least 2 years of experience in translating functional/non-functional requirements to system requirements in Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Service Cloud
- Financial Service Cloud
- Hands on experience with Mulesoft
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration
