Job Summary
Lead customer discovery workshops to surface business challenges and design Salesforce solutions aligned with the Professional Services Methodology. Develop technical design documents, solution blueprints, and configuration specifications to guide delivery teams while collaborating cross-functionally with architects and QA leads. Serve as the functional subject matter expert on Salesforce clouds during active engagements, supporting UAT planning, defect triage, data migration validation, and hypercare coverage. Maintain utilization targets consistent with AMERS delivery standards while contributing to internal enablement and onboarding initiatives. Requires US citizenship with clearance ability and minimum three years of functional consulting experience.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of THREE (3) years of experience in a functional consulting, solution consulting, or business analysis role within a Professional Services or delivery environment
- US Citizenship with the ability to obtain a clearance
- Hands-on Salesforce configuration experience
- Familiarity with the full services engagement lifecycle — from discovery and design through build, UAT, and go-live
- Strong facilitation skills with the ability to lead workshops and communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders
- Ability to document and communicate solution designs clearly through TDDs, process flows, and configuration guides
- Comfortable working in matrixed, cross-functional delivery teams
Desired Qualifications
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or cloud-specific credentials)
- Industry experience in a relevant vertical (e.g., Public Sector, Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing)
