Job Summary
Salesforce Solution Architect will partner with business stakeholders, IT teams, and Salesforce specialists to design end-to-end Salesforce solutions, drive architectural governance, and align business strategy with Salesforce capabilities. Requires hands-on expertise across Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Manufacturing, etc.), Apex, LWC, Flows, APIs, and middleware, plus the ability to architect scalable, multi-cloud solutions and guide integration with ERP/CRM/Marketing Automation. Role includes providing hands-on guidance, mentoring teams, supporting pre-sales activities, and developing architectural artifacts (SAD, TDD, integration specs). Agentforce experience is highly desirable to optimize agent workflows and service automation, and governance frameworks, roadmaps, and program leadership are expected. Certifications listed in the posting include Salesforce Architect certifications and Administrator plus Platform Developer I, with additional domain certifications encouraged.
Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on Salesforce experience across Sales, Service, Manufacturing Clouds
- Hands-on expertise with Apex, LWC, Flows, APIs, and middleware platforms
- Security, data governance, integration patterns, and DevOps understanding
- Agentforce (highly desirable) experience
- Architect scalable, multi-cloud Salesforce solutions
- Experience with architectural governance in large enterprise programs
- Ability to translate business problems into technical roadmaps
- Salesforce Certification prerequisites as listed in the posting

- Additional domain certifications (Data, Integration, Sharing & Visibility)
