Job Summary
Salesforce Solution Architect with 10–12+ years of Salesforce experience and 4+ years of OmniStudio / Vlocity expertise, responsible for end-to-end enterprise architecture on the Salesforce platform. Lead design and governance for OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, FlexCards, Apex, and LWC; design integrations (REST/SOAP) and data migration strategies; create SDDs, architecture diagrams, and deployment plans; drive architectural decisions, mentor teams, and collaborate with business stakeholders and clients. Role emphasizes architecture governance, reusable component strategy, performance and security review, and delivering scalable, maintainable Salesforce architectures in enterprise environments. Certification: Salesforce Application Architect; Senior Manager level with strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration, based in India (Jaipur, Noida, Pune, or Bangalore). Required Qualifications
- 10–14 years total Salesforce experience
- 4+ years of hands-on OmniStudio / Vlocity experience
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect / Technical Architect in enterprise Salesforce implementations
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model, sharing model, security model, and platform limits
- Experience with API and integration architecture (REST/SOAP, JSON/XML)
- Experience with middleware and integration patterns (MuleSoft / Boomi / Informatica)
- DevOps & Release Management experience (Git/GitHub/CI/CD: Copado/Gearset/Jenkins/Azure DevOps)
- Preparation of Solution Design Documents (SDD) and architectural diagrams
- Stakeholder management and technical leadership
- Salesforce Application Architect certification
